The Inside Passage

According to Wikipedia, the inside passage is "a coastal route for ships and boats along a network of passages which weave through the islands on the Pacific Northwest coast of the North American Fjordland."  The inside passage is heavily traveled by cruise ships. Our cruise from Vancouver was an inside passage cruise. We made three stops before disembarking in Whittier: Ice Strait Point (Hoohah), Skagway, and Juneau

Glacier Bay National Park is a highlight of Alaska's Inside Passage. The park encompasses 58,406 acres and is most easily reached by land or sea. The park is named for its abundant tidewater and terrestrial glaciers. There are seven tidewater glaciers in the park. Four of the glaciers actively calve icebergs into the bay. Some of the glaciers are retreating, but not all of them.
