Medeu is a high-altitude sports complex near Almaty, Kazakhstan. It is considered to be the world's largest high-mountain skating rink. It is located in the picturesque canyon Ile Alatau, 5548 feet above sea level. Medeu is one of the best-known tourist locations in Kazakhstan. Each time I went to Kazakhstan, we visited Medeu.
