Eating in Iceland

September 2025 -- The food in Iceland was surprisingly good, mostly lamb and seafood. I had lamb several times in several ways. Iceland's famous hot dogs are made mostly from lamb. They were delicious. We had ours with "everything." Lamb was frequently available from the food trucks and was common to most menus. Lamb soup is common fare. I/we ate pizza several times. It, too, was excellent. Even the penis waffles were good!
