Kilimanjaro Safari

December 14, 2017 -- Disney's Animal Kingdom includes a safari. You take a open-air truck through a 110 acre wildlife refuge. We took the safari tour. It probably would have been more exciting if both of us hadn't already been on real African safaris. We saw elephants, giraffes, rhinos and other animals.

There was a walk-through exhibit with gorillas, meerkats, and an aviary. There was also an underwater hippo, surrounded by fish.
