December 14, 2017 -- Disney's Animal Kingdom is divided into sections. The Asia section of the park is set in the fictional kingdom of Anandapur. It has characteristics of Cambodia, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Mongolia, Nepal, Thailand and Tibet, China.
