December 14, 2017 -- Disney's Animal Kingdom is divided into sections. The Asia section of the park is set in the fictional kingdom of Anandapur. It is has characteristics of Cambodia, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Mongolia, Nepal, Thailand and Tibet, China.

One of my favorite places in Animal Kingdom was "Monkey Island" where monkeys could be seen climbing and swinging from an elaborate "jungle gym" surrounded by water. We watched as several of them entertained us.
