We stopped for a quick photo stop at the Kilt Rock viewpoint. Kilt Rock is an almost 300 foot sea cliff in the Isle of Skye. It's vertical basal columns are said to look like the cleats of a kilt. Mealt Falls flow directly over the cliff, dumping water from Loch Mealt into the Sound of Raasay below. We could only view the cliff and falls from the side, but they were still a sight to behold. But, no opportunity for creative photography. A drone or boat would be necessary to get different angles of the cliffs (columns) and waterfall.
