Heidelberg twice

I've been to Heidelberg twice. The first time was in 1991 with Mom when we took a trip to England and Europe. The second time was in 1994 when I went to Kazakhstan (for the first time) with David G. and Eldon G. for a Winrock International Farmer-to-Farmer assignment. We had a day-long layover at the Frankfurt Airport and decided to spend it in Heidelberg. When Mom and I visited we walked around the city. We didn't visit the castle. David, Eldon, and I spent most of our time visiting the castle.

A few weeks after we got home, I received a ticket in the mail. I owed 70 Deutsche Marks for going through a stop light. I suspect I might have done a right turn on red.  I didn't pay it. I was worried that it might show up on my record when I rented a car three years later, but it didn't.
